What is available today?
travltime is a private iPhone beta through TestFlight. It includes individual narrated tours, conversation-based and manual edits, a saved-tour library and route guidance. The public App Store release is still being prepared. Email us to request beta access.
What does the beta cost?
The current beta is free, including narration. Pro subscriptions, Trip Passes, AR and offline tour packs are not available. There are no paid plans to buy in this release.
Can I use it offline?
Plan to stay connected. Creating and changing tours, asking questions, loading maps and preparing new narration need internet access. Cached audio does not provide a complete offline tour.
How do I sign in?
Use Sign in with Apple or Google on the welcome screen. Your account keeps your tours and conversations with you, so you can pick up where you left off.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open You → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, conversations and tour history, and it can't be undone. You can also email support@travltime.ai from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Why does travltime ask to share information with AI providers?
Your guide is powered by AI from OpenAI and Anthropic. To plan tours and answer your questions, the app sends them your messages, trip location, the preferences you share and your current tour. It asks your permission first. You can withdraw it any time in You → AI data sharing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Where does turn-by-turn navigation work?
Tour planning and narration depend on the place information available. Step-by-step directions between stops currently cover Florida. Elsewhere, distances and times between stops are estimates. Keep the app open for location-based arrival guidance.
Does travltime need my location?
No, but it helps. With location on, your guide can find places near you and direct you between stops. It's only used while you're using the app. Without it, just tell your guide where you are.
My guide isn't speaking.
Narration needs an internet connection. Check your volume and make sure another app isn't playing audio. If it still won't play, email us and include the tour's name.
